- 👉🏼Peri peri masala mix: Red chilli powder 1tsp Pink salt 1/2tsp Salt 1tsp Ginger powder 1tsp Oregano 1tsp Sugar 1/2tsp Mix all the above ingredients and set aside
- Peri peri paneer mix: . Take a frying pan, add 1tbsp oil + 1tbsp butter . Add chopped onions, sauté it a little then add chopped garlic and 1tsp chilli flakes. Sauté it . Now add chopped red n green 🫑,🍅, boiled sweet 🌽.. partially cook all veggies.
- Add small paneer cubes and add peri peri masala, mix it well and cook for another 2 min. . Squeeze some lemon and chopped coriander leaves
- 🥪 . Make a mix of 2:1 mayonnaise and curd, add black pepper, salt, grated garlic and chilli flakes. . Apply this Mayo mix on both the slices of bread and put spoon full of paneer mix between these slices,
- Heat up a grill/ nonstick pan, apply little ghee on it and now grill sandwich from both side on a low flame( for crispy texture ) . Enjoy these sandwiches with a cup of ☕️
