- In a blender add soaked moong dal and make a paste. Take an idli steamer and pour moong dal batter and steam it for 5 to 10 minutes and transfer into a blender and make a coarse powder and keep aside. Take a pan and add sugar powder, coconut powder, grounded moong dal powder, cardamom powder and cook it well. Now make it like a laddu and dip into dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil. Serve it with ghee.
