  • Cumin
  • Hing
  • Mustard
  • Curry leaves
  • Moong dal
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • cook moong dal in cooker for three whistles and mash it.add water and mix dal well.then add tomatoes and let it boil for 15min.then for tadka mustard seeds, hing,jeera,onions,green chilles and curry leaves.add this tadka to dal water.add salt and let it simmer for 10 more minutes.then add cilantro. then switch off stove.after 15 min add lemon juice. Serve with rice.
