  • Whole Green Gram
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Ginger
  • Thai Green pepper
  • Salt
  • Onion

Instructions

  • Soak Moong Dal for 3-4 hrs. Grind the soaked moong Dal with cumin seeds, ginger, salt and green peppers for 10-12 mts. Make dosas like pancake sprinkling few chopped onions on top with little oil. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
