- Grate the paneer and petha and also grate the carrot.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan add carrot stir continuously until thick and keep aside.
- Again heat clarified butter grind the green gram add in the pan and stir continuously until thick.
- Take a Plate mix the grated paneer and grated petha and divide into three parts.
- In one part paneer mix the carrot mixture and second part paneer mix the green gram mixture and third is white paneer.
- Take paneer mixture and mould it and keep in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
- Demold the sandesh and serve.
