- Cut petha in cubes and wash it.
- Take a pan,heat the oil and add jeera and crackle.then add tomatoes and Cook for one minute.
- After one minute add all spices and mix well.add chopped petha And stir.add 1/2 cup water and covered with lid.after 10 minutes open the lid and stir.
- Add sugar and covered with lid For 5 minutes.after 5 minutes off the flame.petha is ready to serve.
