  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Tomatoes
  • Rice
  • Coriander
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take oil in a hot pan then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. When the colour of onion changes add hing, turmeric, red chilly powder. garam masala, chopped tomatoes and mix well. When the tomatoes are mashed add boiled rice and toss it. When everything is mixed add coriander leaves and let it rest for 5minutes with lid on it. Serve hot.
