  • Makhana
  • Ghee
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli paste
  • Green chilli paste
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Dry roast lotus seeds on a low heat for 8-10 minutes. Combine ghee, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder and set aside. Add ghee mixture to the pan and sauté for a minute. Take a pan add oil,red chilli sauce,green chilli paste,soy sauce and mix well. Then add the makhana and serve.
