  • Chhole 1 cup
  • Chana dal 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Tomato puree 2
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Laung 5/6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Tea leaf 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Aamchur powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt As per taste

Instructions

  • Soak chhole and chana dal over night..boil 2 cup water with tea leaf...add cinnamon laung star anise and drained tea water 1 chopped onion in chhole and pressure cook till chhole cooks properly
