Pineapple Halwa

Ingredients

  • Ghee 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • Fresh pineapple pulp 1/2 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Soaked kesar milk 2 tbsp
  • Almond slice
  • Cashew pista powder

Instructions

  • Heat the ghee in a pan add suji, roast the golden in color. Then add pineapple pulp in it.
  • Add water and cook till ghee is released, then add sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved.
  • At last add soaked Kosar milk and 2 tbsp ghee and mix it well.
  • Garnish with almond and cashew pista powder.

Notes/Tips

Ready-made pineapple crush can be used, then ratio of sugar will change.
