  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Granulated sugar
  • Refined oil
  • Vanilla essence
  • Pineapple juice
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Honey
  • Condensed Milk

Instructions

  • Mixing dry Ingredients:Sieve dry ingredients like Flour, Baking Powder, baking soda and a pinch salt and keep aside
  • Mixing the wet ingredients:Beat the eggs in a suitable bowl with vanilla Essence. Add sugar and beat it with a hand whisk until dissolved.U can use electric beater also. Add room temperature butter and Oil.Add condensed milk. Add pineapple juice and Honey.
  • Making cake batter:Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients mixture to make a perfect cake batter.Add required milk to adjust Consistency. Pour it in a greased baking tray.
  • Baking:Bake it in a preheated cooker without whistle for 40 minutes
  • Decorate with whipped cream or white chocolate ganache and sliced Pineapple

Notes/Tips

Adding Honey adds to the texture and taste of the cake.You can use melted butter instead of oil which will enhance the taste of the cake.I am delighted I could bake it on Christmas Eve. Thanku for reading.
