- Mixing dry Ingredients:Sieve dry ingredients like Flour, Baking Powder, baking soda and a pinch salt and keep aside
- Mixing the wet ingredients:Beat the eggs in a suitable bowl with vanilla Essence. Add sugar and beat it with a hand whisk until dissolved.U can use electric beater also. Add room temperature butter and Oil.Add condensed milk. Add pineapple juice and Honey.
- Making cake batter:Fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients mixture to make a perfect cake batter.Add required milk to adjust Consistency. Pour it in a greased baking tray.
- Baking:Bake it in a preheated cooker without whistle for 40 minutes
- Decorate with whipped cream or white chocolate ganache and sliced Pineapple
