- Firstly soak the rice for 15 minutes and cook the rice 90% only
- Marinate the panner in oil, salt and chilli flakes for 15 minutes. Even soak the saffron
- Now saute the marinated panner and pineapple slice one by one till golden brown in colour with butter and oil.
- Now with remaining butter and oil add cumin seeds, star asine and bay leaf.
- Saute the onion and chopped pineapple till they are soft and golden spot on it.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix it well. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve it hot and garnish with pineapple slices.
