- In a pan add 2spoons ghee n dry roast dry fruits...remove n keep aside. In the same pan add a cup of medium rava and fry until you get nice aroma...keep aside. In a pan add 5spoons of ghee and fry finely chopped pineapple pieces, 3cups of water, elachipowder and allow it to boil.Slowly add rava and mix well. Cover and cook for 4to5 mins. Now add 1cup of sugar, fried dry fruits,saffron, mix well and cook until the sugar melts....add little ghee on top and tasty Pineapple Sheera is ready.
