Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Pineapple (1/4 th
  • 2 pinch turmeric powder
  • 4 tbs. Sugar
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1/4tsp . Fennel seeds
  • 4-5 drops ginger juice
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 6-8 raisin
  • 2 tsp. Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in frying pan & add fennel seeds. When it splatter, add grated Pineapple.
  • Then add turmeric powder,salt & ginger juice. Boil it. Add sugar & cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  • When Chutney turns thick, add Lemon juice & raisin. Switch off the flame & cool it. Now Pineapple chutney is ready to be serve.
