- Heat oil in frying pan & add fennel seeds. When it splatter, add grated Pineapple.
- Then add turmeric powder,salt & ginger juice. Boil it. Add sugar & cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
- When Chutney turns thick, add Lemon juice & raisin. Switch off the flame & cool it. Now Pineapple chutney is ready to be serve.
