  • 500 gm pink Amaranth
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • as required Oil

Instructions

  • Clean and wash the bhaji. Take a pan. Add oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic and asafoetida. Let it saute for some time.
  • Add chopped bhaji, salt and red chilli powder. Cover it and cook it on low flame. Serve with Jowar or Bajra roti.
