Ingredients

  • 2 litres full fat Milk
  • 2 cups Falooda Sev
  • 1 cup Sugar or to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp chopped Almonds
  • 3 tbsp chopped Pistachios
  • 2-3 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 pack Weikfield's Pista Falooda

Instructions

  • Boil Milk with Sugar and allow it to chill in the refrigerator. Now boil the Sev as per package instructions and set aside. Add a few Saffron strands to the boiling Milk. Also empty the contents of the pack of Pista flavoured Falooda mix. Simmer for a few minutes until a bit thick. Later refrigerate it until use.
  • Soak Chia seeds in enough water for 20 minutes or until well soaked and done. For assembling the Falooda, take 4 tall serving glasses.
  • Add a tablespoon of Chia seeds in each. Followed by the Falooda Sev. Pour the chilled milk on top as well as the slivered Pistachio nuts and Almonds. Finally add a big scoop of Whipped Cream on top. Serve it extra chilled. You don't have to have any reason to make these yummy beauties folks, whip it up anytime you feel like having something refreshing and chilled.
