- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Stir well. Add onions, mix well. Sauté till onions are brown. Add gram flour and mix well, cook for 4-5 minutes. Add chilli powder and mix well, cook for another 5-6 minutes. Add salt and lime juice. Mix well. Add 1 cup water and stir. Remove lumps, if any. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add coriander leaves and remove from heat. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
