Ingredients

  • For batter: rice 3 cups
  • Urad dal 1 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Mix vegetables 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder sprinkle
  • Pizza seasoning sprinkle
  • Chilli flakes sprinkle
  • Butter to spread
  • Gratted cheese for topping
  • Cheese spread 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli sauce 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Dosa batter  Soak all the ingredients over a night, in morning grind all one by one and make a fine paste, now ferment for 6-8 hours.
  • Filling Slice the vegetables.
  • For sauce Mix cheese spread, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning 
  • Alternatively u can use readymade or homemade pizza sauce
  • Now adjust the dosa batter as per dosa consistency, spread the batter on dosa tava evenly, wait till it's form then spread sauce on it, then do topping of vegetables and cheese, even sprinkle the seasoning too and cook with the help of butter till crispy and cheese melts.
  • Serve it hot.

Mix vegetables: Cabbage, carrot, capsicum(red,yellow,green), onion
