  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Baby corn
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cheese

Instructions

  • In a wide mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and first give a quick mix for salt to be even. Then add water little by little, gather to form a soft pliable dough.Once it is gathered to a mass add 1 tsp oil and knead it once.The dough should not be too tight or too loose, it should be non sticky at this stage. To a mixing bowl, add onion,capsicum add salt to it.Set aside for 5mins. It will let out water, strain it.Now add oregano and chilli flakes. Mix well and set aside.Now make 2 lemon sized balls. Flour the surface and roll the dough thin.Spread pizza sauce on one paratha. First sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese.Then spoon the filling,sprinkle more cheese to cover the filling. Now place another paratha on it and seal the edges by folding inwards. Heat tawa,carefully place the paratha on the tawa.Drizzle oil and cook on both the sides until golden brown spots appear here and there.Cut into wedges and serve!
