- Sieve semolina and wheat flour. add curd to it.
- Mix it well. add salt and required water to make fine batter. mix it well and keep it aside for at least 15 minutes.
- Add water to batter if required after keeping it for rest. add baking soda and mix it well. now heat tawa. sprinkle water to hot tawa. clean it with cloth then apply 1 drop of oil. spread it on whole tawa. now take 1ladle of batter and spread thin on tawa. flip it afer it cook from one side. apply oil on sides.
- When it cooked from both sides shift it to plate. and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar.
