  • 1/2 cup udad daal
  • 1.5 cup rice
  • 1/4 tsp methi dana
  • as per taste Salt
  • As required coil for cooking
  • As required water

Instructions

  • Soak all the ingredients overnight or at least for 12 hours.
  • Blend in a mixer and make a paste. Keep this paste for at least 10 hours for proper rising and fermentation.
  • Now add water to make a thin paste. Take a small bowl of batter and spread on pan in circular motions

  • Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Add alu masala if you wish or shredded cheese.
  • Sab with sambar, coconut chutney, as you like.
