- For soaking Take mixing bowl add orange juice, water, lemon juice, tutti futti,raisins, dried apricot, dried cranberries and prunes. Soak for minimum 2 hours or till they are soft, maximum for 24 hours in a fridge.
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl and sieve for 3 times Maida, cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder, cloves powder, baking powder and baking soda.
- Wet ingredients Take mixing bowl mix till creamy texture vegetables oil, sugar powder and curd. At last add orange zest and vanilla essence.
- Now mix dry ingredients and nuts in the wet mixture. Gradually add soaked mixture in it.
- Now dust and line up the baking tin of ur choice, pour the mixture in it and bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 150°C.
- Remove from the oven allow to cool at room temperature. Garnish:- icing sugar or sugar powder.
