- Soak poha in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Drain water and wash it with cold water in a colander. Keep aside for 15 minutes till whole water is removed.
- In the meanwhile remove the skin of boiled potatoes. Wash, peel and chop capsicum. Grate carrots and chop onion in small pieces.
- Heat 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute till onion gets translucent. Add grated carrots and capsicums and saute till oil leaves the sides. Switch off the flame.
- Now mash the poha with hands like a dough. Add mashed potatoes and the prepared veggie.
- Mix all the dry masale and lemon juice and mix well like a sift dough. Take a portion of dough and make lemon size balls.
- Heat an appe pan. Grease it with cooking oil and put balls in cavities. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Turn side and cooke for another 2 minutes till golden.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
