Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover poha
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • Few mint leaves finely chopped
  • Some finely chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 3-4 tbsp besan
  • 1 tbsp rava Or rice flour
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a big bowl take poha and mash it with hands..
  • Add salt, garam masala, chaat masala, jeera powder, red chilli, green chillies, chopped onions, chopped mint and coriander, ginger garlic paste,rice flour, besan and mix everything well and make a dough.
  • Keep oil for frying. Make balls from the dough and deep fry on medium flame till nice golden in colour.. Serve with chutney of ur choice..
