Ingredients

  • Oil for frying
  • Poha 2 cups
  • Peanut 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Coconut slices 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Masala chana dal 1/4 cup
  • Sev 1/4 cup
  • Roasted white sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Dip fry poha, peanuts, cashewnuts, black raisins, coconut slices, chop green chilli, curry leaves.
  • For masala: salt, turmeric powder, sugar powder, fennel seeds, hing, chaat masala, grind it well.
  • Now take a dip fry mixture add masala alongwith masala chana dal, sev, white sesame seeds, fennel seeds.
