- Take 1 Cup semolina and 1/3 Cup of water in a bowl to soak well. Add 1 Cup curd in it and leave it for 20-30 minutes to ferment. Take 3/4 Cup of Poha and 1/3 Cup of water in a separate bowl to soak well. Add 3/4 Cup curd in it and leave for ferment.
- Beat Poha Mixture well by hand. Mix Poha & Semolina mixture and beat again by hand. Take Mustard Seed, Curry leaves, Green chili (3-4 nos), Ginger & salt in oil to make Tadka and put it in to the Poha & Semolina mixture. Add Baking Soda.
- Put the mixture in to a oil greased idly steamer and put it into microwave for 4-5 minutes. Tomato (Coriander/Sesame) Chatney- Take boiled Tomatoes, Green chillies ( 4-5 nos), Garlic cloves, salt, (coriander/Sesame Seed) in mixing jar and grind it.
