- Soak poha in water for at least half an hour.
- Add two boiled potatoes and masala-e-magic to it.
- Mash these together and kneed into a dough.
- Divide into ten equal parts and keep aside.
- Grate cottage cheese and one boiled potato .
- Mash them thoroughly.
- Add salt,capsicum,mint leaves and chilli flakes.
- Mix well and shape the dough into ten equal tight balls.
- Now moisten your palms and take one part of the poha dough in hands.
- Flatten it between your palms.
- Put one cheese ball over it.
- Cover the ball with the poha dough in hand such it looks like a ball.
- The ball should be tight enough.
- In the same way make all ten balls.
- Heat oil and deep fry these one by one in medium flame.
- Now cut them into halves and garnish with sprigs of mint.
