  • Maggi Onion Masala Poha
  • Masala-e-magic
  • Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
  • Cottage cheese
  • Finely chopped Capsicum
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Finely chopped Mint leaves
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Soak poha in water for at least half an hour.
  • Add two boiled potatoes and masala-e-magic to it.
  • Mash these together and kneed into a dough.
  • Divide into ten equal parts and keep aside.
  • Grate cottage cheese and one boiled potato .
  • Mash them thoroughly.
  • Add salt,capsicum,mint leaves and chilli flakes.
  • Mix well and shape the dough into ten equal tight balls.
  • Now moisten your palms and take one part of the poha dough in hands.
  • Flatten it between your palms.
  • Put one cheese ball over it.
  • Cover the ball with the poha dough in hand such it looks like a ball.
  • The ball should be tight enough.
  • In the same way make all ten balls.
  • Heat oil and deep fry these one by one in medium flame.
  • Now cut them into halves and garnish with sprigs of mint.
