  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Corinader
  • Peanuts
  • Cashew
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,peanuts,cashew and saute well. Take a pan and dry roast the poha. Keep them in a bowl. Add chopped onion,tomato.grated carrot. Chopped coriander. Sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,add the roasted cashew, peanuts and mix well. Then serve.
