Ingredients

  • 1 bowl poha, 3 small potato
  • 1 onion chopped ,1 green chili chopped
  • 1/4 tsp tarmaric pawder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • as required Few drops lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp paper pawder ,to taste Salt
  • 2 tbs peanut powder, leaves Some coriander
  • 2 tbs Cornflour mix water
  • as required Some bread crumbs
  • as required Oil for fry
  • 2 tbs oil

Instructions

  • Take a mixer jar add peanut grind fain powder and keep aside Take a bowl add poha wash and keep in streamer /and keep in pan add potato and boil.
  • Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir add green chili stir add grind cumin coriander chili pawder tarmaric pawder paper pawder salt stir fry add poha stir fry to cook well add peanut pawder stir fry to cook and flame off.
  • Take a bowl add potato mesh and add coriander leaves mix and add poha mixture mix well and make fine cutlets.
  • Dip in cornflour mix water and coating bread crumbs and fry heated oil.
  • Golden brown fry.
  • Arrange serving plate and serve with tomato sauce.
  • Enjoy with your family.
