Ingredients

  • poha 1 cup
  • dryfruits (cashew nuts, pista, badam) 1 cup
  • dry grapes 1 cup
  • grated copra 1/4 cup
  • food colour ( few drops)( optional)
  • elaichi powder
  • ghee 2 sp

Instructions

  • dry fry poha till crisp and make a fine powder after its cooled.
  • roast dryfruits and make a coarse powder after cooled.
  • grind dry grapes to a fine paste.
  • add all the above in a bowl along with food colour, ghee and elaichi powder.
  • make round lollipops as shown.

Notes/Tips

add powdered sugar , if more sweetness is desired.
