  • Yellow gram
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Cashew
  • Bengal gram
  • Urad dal
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Red chilli

Instructions

  • Boil yellow grams, then wash flattened rice and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bengal gram, black gram, dry red chillies, cashew nuts, curry leaves and yellow grams, then mix it thoroughly. Now add flattened rice then mix it again and sprinkle water on it and add salt, pepper powder, ginger green chilli paste. Then add ghee and mix it well, then close it with a lid and switch off. After cooling, serve this dish which will be very tasty.
