  • Poha
  • Red chilli
  • Peanuts
  • Roasted Bengal gram
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Green chillies
  • Cashew
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Heat a wok and add oil, cumin,red chilli, peanuts, green chillies,roasted Bengal gram, cashew and saute well. Then add salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Then add poha and saute until poha got crisp. Serve.
