  • 2 cups poha 1 chopped onion 3-4 green chillies 1 T
  • as required Few curry leaves

Instructions

  • In a bowl, wash poha and rinse it well. Keep it aside. In a kadai, heat the cooking oil and fry peas seeds. Keep it aside. In the same kadai, add curry leaves and cumin seeds wait for crackle,then add chopped onion and saute it until it becomes light brown. Now, add diced onion and all above-mentioned (salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder) dry ingredients. Stir it continuously in a low medium heat. Now, add peas seeds and washed poha to it. You can add fried groundnuts too.Now, add chat masala and lemon juice to it. Mix it well. It's ready to serve. Before serving garnish it with pomegranate seeds and any namkeen. It will become more spicy.
