Ingredients

  • Thick poha
  • Carrot
  • French beans
  • Peanuts
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion seeds (kalongi)
  • Green chilly

Instructions

  • First wash the poha and soak it for few minutes. Stain it and leave aside.
  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and roast the peanuts and keep aside.
  • In the same oil, add kalonji, ginger and curry leaves one by one.
  • Then add chopped carrot and beans. Saute the veggies with turmeric, salt and green chillies.
  • Stir fry the veggies and cover it for few seconds until soft.
  • After that, add rinsed poha, sugar and roasted peanuts.
  • Mix well and serve it hot.

Notes/Tips

1. Add vegetables of your choice. 2. If using thin poha, then don't soak it. 3. It's a no onion and on garlic recipe. If you wish, you can add it.
