- First wash the poha and soak it for few minutes. Stain it and leave aside.
- Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and roast the peanuts and keep aside.
- In the same oil, add kalonji, ginger and curry leaves one by one.
- Then add chopped carrot and beans. Saute the veggies with turmeric, salt and green chillies.
- Stir fry the veggies and cover it for few seconds until soft.
- After that, add rinsed poha, sugar and roasted peanuts.
- Mix well and serve it hot.
