- In water add 2 cups of poha let it soak in water for 2 minutes Take a pan and add 3tbsp of oil add mustard, jeera, channa dal and black gram,add green chillies and curry leaves let it cook for 2minutes Then squeeze 1 full Lemon and add salt according to your taste Then take out the poha from water and squeeze slightly and add them into this oil mixture Mix well and garnish with coriander and serve hot
