  • Poha
  • Besan
  • Turmeric
  • Rice flour
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green chillies
  • Corinader
  • Salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Amchur powder

Instructions

  • Soak poha until it is soft. Mash to a smooth pulp. Add besan, turmeric, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, amchoor and mix the above and form vada out of it. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry. Serve with tamarind chutney.
