  • 2 Cup poha ,1 chopped onion
  • 3-4 green chillies 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dice tomato 1/2 cup peas
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder ,1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • As required Few curry leaves

Instructions

  • In a bowl wash poha and rinse it well keep it aside.
  • In a card I hate the cooking oil and fry peas seeds keep it aside
  • In the same kadhai at curry leaves and cumin seed weight for crackles then at job onion and saute it until it becomes light brown....
  • Now add diced onion and all above-mentioned salt turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder dry ingredients.....
  • Still it continuously in a low medium heat now at peas it and washed poha to it you can add fried groundnuts too now add chat masala and lemon juice to it mix it well....
  • Now it is ready to serve before serving garnish with coriander leaves......
