- Clean the fish and marinate with turmeric powder and salt and keep it some 10-15min. Fry the fish till golden from both sides.
- Blend cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, garlic and make a paste.
- Heat up a pan add 3tbs mustard oil. Add panchforon, let it crack. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and cook toll tomatoes are caramelized
- Add the mustard seeds paste to the pan .add water and lower the flame. Cook it for 10min.
- Now add the fried fish and boil it for 3min.
