- Mix flour,maida add salt 2tsp ghee, add enough water to make soft dough. Cook dal til soft,strain extra water and let it cool. Mix dal,sugar, grind it in a smooth paste. Place the in a vessele cook ,stiring till mixture can be formed into soft ball. Take a little dough, flatten into round sheet, place a small of filling(pooran),cover it nicely. Roll out to thin round shape. Cook on hot pan, pour some ghee on it. Serve this with milk.
