- Peel off a pomegranate, prepare juice and filter it well. Now, add the powdered sugar and milk powder into it and then add the cream and beat it with the help of whiper for 20 minutes (until the cream becomes very light and does not fall out of the whiper).
- Now, add 4 drops of red food color in it, mix it again and fill this mixture in an air tight container and tap it once. Now, cover it with a plastic sheet and keep it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours.
- Now, the pomegranate ice cream is ready. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds when serving.
