Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup refined oil
  • Some dry fruits (raisin and almonds)
  • 1 cup lukewarm milk
  • 2-3 drops vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • In a container, seive maida then add sugar powder, baking powder,soda to it mix it well.
  • Add refined oil in the same mixture, along with pomegranate juice, vanilla essence, chocolate syrup and lukewarm milk. Cut and mix method will apply here.
  • Now, add pomegranate seeds and dry fruits to it. Again mix it. Pour this batter into greased pan. Tap the pan.
  • Before doing this step, make sure that we are making it without oven. So, preheat the kadai put this container in the middle of the kadai. Garnish it with grated almonds.cover it by lid.let the gas simmer.
  • After this, cook it for 10 minutes. Check it by the help of tooth pik.
  • Let it rest for 7-8 minutes. Take a plate and cover it. Upside-down the pan and tap it.
  • Our yummy cake is ready.Enjoy it with family.
