- First dry roast cumin seeds and make powder. Keep aside.
- In a blender add roughly chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar, chopped green chilli,1 cup fresh and thick curd or yogurt. Blend everything well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl then add rest 1 cup curd, roasted cumin powder, salt. Mix well. Add 1 pinch black salt, chaat masala and pomegranate seeds. Again mix well.Now the delicious raita is ready. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and serve.
