Pomegranate mint raita

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh thick curd or yogurt
  • 1 cup pomegranate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Black salt (1 pinch)

Instructions

  • First dry roast cumin seeds and make powder. Keep aside.
  • In a blender add roughly chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar, chopped green chilli,1 cup fresh and thick curd or yogurt. Blend everything well.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl then add rest 1 cup curd, roasted cumin powder, salt. Mix well. Add 1 pinch black salt, chaat masala and pomegranate seeds. Again mix well.Now the delicious raita is ready. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and serve.
