  • Panner
  • Capsicum
  • Sweet corn
  • Pomegranate
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cumin seeds
  • Peri peri masala
  • Salt
  • Green chili

Instructions

  • Take all vegetables cut into pieces.
  • Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and green chilli fry it and add all vegetables and fry it till cooked.
  • Add salt and peri peri masala and mix it well.
  • Add cooked rice and mix with vegetables.
  • And serve with any plate or bowls, glass. Topping with pomegranate.

Notes/Tips

Top with pomegranate on veg rice ,don't mix it.
