  • Pomogranate
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Milk powder
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • In a pan, boil milk until it reduces. Stir the milk at regular intervals.
  • Once milk thickens, add sugar and cardamom powder to it.
  • Add milk powder to it for good consistency and flavour.
  • Add pomogranate pulp and some pomogranate to it. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Refrigerate this yummy bowl of Pomogranate Rabri for 10 minutes. Chilled Pomogranate Rabri is ready to eat

You can add condensed milk for flavor
