- Preparation method:- 1.In a bowl pour wheat flour,pinch of salt, turmeric nd oil crumble and mix it.Add water and make a smooth dough now pour 2 spoons of oil upon it nd rest it for half an hour. 2.In kadai pour half cup of water and Jaggery cook it until boil .now add coconut nd 3 spoon ofghee ND stir it until it becomes thick add cardamom pwd remove from flame.and let it cool. Now take a small portion of dough nd flatten it keep pooranstuff and seal it from all sides.now roll it like chapathis. Now place on heated tawa And pour ghee from all side ND cook both sides until brown spots appear. Now the tasty , delicious š, tempting Pooranpoli is ready to serve. Serve with ghee and milk.
