- Take a smashed potato in mixing bowl. Add a salt, ginger chilli paste, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leave, sesame seeds, 2 tablespoon oats, 2 tablespoon oil and mix well.
- Than add a 1/2 bowl wheat flour and mix well, Than add a another 1/2 bowl wheat flour Mix well and kneading soft dough. Water is not necessary.
- Divide a dough in 10 same part and make a balls.
- Heat a nonstick tawa on medium flame. Sprinkle some oat flakes and flour on plane flattened surface. Rolling with rolling pin. Put above the paratha on tawa. When one side is cooked fleep the paratha. Spread some oil and cook till both sides are golden brown.
- Remove the paratha on plate and spread above ghee Or butter. A very delicious, crispy,healthy, tastey Potato Oats Paratha is ready for serve. Serve with Raita, Red Chutney.
