Ingredients

  • Gratted potatoes 5
  • Peanuts powder 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Squeeze the potatoes and remove the extra water.
  • Now add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Give a shape of roll and dip fry them till crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Serve with green chutney and curd.

Notes/Tips

If the mixture is too wet then add rajgira flour in it.
