  • Directions: Wash and slice potatoes into thin round pieces. keepaside.Put the besan powder, rice flour, chillies powder,ajwain and salt into a blow. add water and Make athick paste.dip the potato pieces in this paste and deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with a chutney.
