  • Potatoes
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Sugar
  • Cumin
  • Hing
  • Corinader
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the boiled potatoes and also mash them slightly and keep aside. Heat 4 tablespoon of oil, add asafoetida and cumin seeds, saute it. When they pop, add the mashed potatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, ginger, dry mango powder, sugar and salt. When they are fried well, add water to make into a thin gravy. When done, remove from heat. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, pour it over the potatoes and immediately sprinkle with chili powder and coriander leaves.
