  • Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil then add cumin, mustard and saute for 10 seconds and take them aside. Then add oil for deep frying. Place the chopped potatoes and let it fry until they turn brown in colour.then take them in a bowl and sprinkle some chilli powder and salt and add the tempering.serve with rice, chapathi.
